Returns & Exchanges

At CAS DEIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
